1 GDPR Legislation
According to European Law (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) we are obliged to inform you, the customer, which personal data we process, how we store your data and what your rights are. At the end of this document, we ask you for your consent.
2 Lawfulness of Processing
Procult provides services for its customers that are based on personal data.
3 Information and Access to Personal Data

3.2 Purpose of data processing
Procult stores personal data (e. g. contact data, data related to health and behaviour) to provide value added services to the customer.
3.3 Where data is processed
All personal data is processed and stored either in Switzerland or in Germany only. Procult has to inform the customer, if personal data is transferred any third-party service provider and/or third countries and asking for consent.
3.4 Period of data storage
Procult stores personal data in compliance with legal obligations.
4 Rights of the Customer
4.1 Right of rectification or erasure of personal data
The customer has the right to obtain from Procult the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the erasure of personal data without undue delay if that personal data is not necessary for Procult’s compliance with legal obligations, statistical purposes or defence of legal claims.
4.2 Right to lodge a complaint
The customer or a mandated organisation has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
4.3 Right to restriction of processing
The customer has the right to obtain from Procult restriction of processing of personal data.
4.4 Right to data portability
The customer has the right to receive personal data from Procult in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and free of charge. If the customer wants a report of personal data more than once in a quarter, Procult reserves the right to charge an adequate fee for each to the customer.
5.1 Withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by informing Procult about your wish to withdraw in text form. After confirmation, your access to the system will be cancelled and your account will be set inactive.
